Willis Ray Stollings, 73, of Chapmanville, WV, departed this life on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at his residence.
He was born July 26, 1952, at Crawley Creek, a son of the late Earles Ray and Mary Magdelene Adams Stollings.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Sue Stollings; and one brother, Michael “Bunk” Stollings.
Willis was a dedicated and masterful lifelong brick layer and mason. An avid outdoorsman, he loved fishing and hunting. Willis also had a love of four-wheeling. Aside from his passion for the outdoors, his greatest love was his affection for his devoted and beloved dog, Baby Girl. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and strength.
Those left to cherish his memory are two sons, Wes (Damita) Stollings and Wade (Christina) Stollings; one daughter, Felisha (Jarrod) Adkins; his grandchildren, Dezmond, Dezyre, Zailei, Zemira, Taylor, Wade Jr., and Kyla; three brothers, Jerry Stollings, Gary (Sandy) Stollings, and Ronnie (Wendy) Stollings; and two sisters, Jean Stollings and Pamela Shriver. Additionally, Willis leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 16, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV, with Pastor Vivie Marcum officiating.
Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery at Brushy Fork, Chapmanville, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
