Veronnica Sue "Roni" Lambert Obituary

 

Veronnica Sue “Roni” Lambert, 58, of Branchland, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, leaving from Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.

Born September 9, 1963, at Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of Lily Vance Miller of West Hamlin, WV, and the late Owen Mason Miller.

She was preceded in death by her father, Owen Mason Miller.

Roni, as she was affectionately known, was a Teacher’s Aide for the Lincoln County Board of Education for 20 years, where she helped with special needs children in which she was extremely passionate. A devout Christian, she attended the Lincoln Church of God. Devoted to her family, Roni loved spending time with her family and her babies. She loved the outdoors and riding on her side by side. She also enjoyed painting, sewing, and gardening.

Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Millard Lambert; four daughters, Heather Parsons and Jacqueline (Brian) Swims both of Branchland, WV, Sarah Beth (Bradley) Browning of Harts, WV, and Kaitlyn Lambert of Branchland, WV; seven grandchildren, Ethan, Nathan, Ava, Alyssa, Frankee, Emilee, and Jaxon; three brothers, Jeffery (Cathy) Miller of West Hamlin, WV, David Miller of Sod, WV, and Owen (Stephanie) Miller, Jr., of North Carolina. Additionally, Roni leaves behind her nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.

To honor Roni’s wishes, her remains will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Chapmanville, WV.
