Teddy Joe McNeely, 72, of Hewett, WV, departed this life on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from CAMC Hospice House in Charleston, WV.

Born March 13, 1949, he was the son of the late Harold and Freda Ball McNeely.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Ammond Lee McNeely; four siblings: Ernie Ray McNeely, Russell McNeely, Harold McNeely, Jr., and Faye Gould; and his second wife: Donna McNeely.

Teddy was a proud Vietnam Veteran.

He is survived by one son, Joe McNeely of Powell Creek, WV; one sister, Iris Jean Dotson of Jefferey, WV; one brother, Bobby (Doris) McNeely of Jeffrey, WV; his first wife and mother of his children, Mary Phillips of Jeffrey, WV. Additionally, Teddy also leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

To honor his wishes, his remains will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
