Tara Nicole Dingess, 40, of Chapmanville, WV, passed away on March 5, 2023. She suffered a massive heart attack and a blood clot from her aorta artery to her heart. She fought to live and was waiting for a heart transplant, but God took her home to be with her older brother, Scott Allen, who passed away in 1990 when she was only 8 years old.
She was born September 2, 1982, at Charleston, WV, to Roger and Shirley Farley Dingess of Chapmanville, WV.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Scott Allen Dingess; her maternal grandparents, Ray and Edith Farley; her paternal grandparents, Dell and Exie Dingess; and her uncle, Larry Dingess.
Tara was a wonderful daughter, mother, and nurse who cared for so many loved ones. She was a 2000 graduate of Chapmanville High School. She then continued her education at Marshall University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents, are her three beautiful children, Madelyn Sarine Ganser, Kynlee Grace Ganser, and Harper Scott Dingess; one special cousin, BJ Farley Muselin; and her best friend, Pamela Grace Bell. Additionally, Tara leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins, along with a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel at Chapmanville, WV, with her father, Minister Roger Dingess officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.
To honor her wishes, Tara’s remains have been cremated.
