Ricky Darren Brown, 62, of Clothier, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at CAMC Memorial Hospital at Charleston, WV.

He was born September 20, 1962, at Man, WV, a son of the late Charles and Ruby Chafin Brown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 35 years, Diana Lynn Brown; one sister, Linda Brown; and one brother, Charles “Snookie” Brown.

Ricky was a loving husband, dad, brother, uncle, and son. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but the people he loved were most important to him. Ricky was devoted and loyal to those who were lucky enough to be called family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Ashley, Andrea, Ricky, Jr., Anthony, and Charles; his grandchildren, Kynnedi, Harper, and Hudson; his siblings who he loved and cherished, Kenneth (Jackie) Brown, Brenda (Leonard) Workman, Carl (Lisa) Brown, Roy (Deanna) Brown, Hope (Kevin) Thompson, Carl Jr., (Rachel) Brown, Betty (Shawn) Wilson, Chelsey (Alex) Wilson, and Kelsey Wilson. Additionally, he leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored their Uncle Rick, along with a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Memory Gardens at Danville, WV, with Paul Little officiating.
