Reta June Evans Obituary
Reta June Evans, 90, of Chapmanville, WV, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022.
June was born on June 23, 1932, in McConnell, WV, to the late Relma and Ralph Hinchman.
In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by husband, Richard Evans.
June is survived by daughter, Lisa Helms (fiance' Patrick Weier) of Charlotte, NC; son, Sam Byrd of Homerville, OH; grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua and Amanda; great-grandchildren, Khizer, Jemma, Layne and Jaxx, all of NC; sister, Peggy Copley of Summerfield, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Evans Funeral Home at Chapmanville, WV, on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lonnie Berry officiating.
Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV.
