Norma Jean France, 55, of Logan, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023.
She was born January 31st, 1968 at New Castle, Delaware to the late John and Ilene Southers.
Norma was a devoted Christian and loved reading and studying her bible. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bill France and son Jacob France of Logan, WV. She had one sister, Pamela, and two brothers, James and Johnny.
As per her wishes, there will be no services.
