Martha Adams

Martha Adams, 89, of Harts, WV, formerly of Columbus, OH, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023.

She was born August 12, 1933, at Harts, WV, the daughter of the late George and Lena Adams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Melva Adams, and one brother-in-law, Luther Adams.

Martha enjoyed spending time working in her flower garden, baking, and she always made sure everyone received a card for their birthday.

Those left to cherish her memory include her cousin and caregiver, Donna (Lucian) Kirk of Harts, WV. Additionally, Martha leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews along with many dear relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 21, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Evans Funeral Home at Chapmanville, WV, with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Adams officiating.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at Union Cemetery at Columbus, OH, with Rev. Paul Keener officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV.
