Lindell Blankenship Obituary
Lindell Blankenship, 74, of Lake, WV, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at her home.
She was born March 30, 1951, in Madison, WV, to the late Herbert and Eula Blankenship.
Lindell is preceded in death by both parents; three sisters, Janice Sue McCartney, Patsy and Peggy Blankenship; two brothers, Gary and Rodney Blankenship; and one daughter, Machelle Lynn Meade.
Survivors include her son, Shawn Kinney; her daughter, Nikki (Paul) Fortson; three grandsons, Martin Ferguson, Aaron Ferguson, and Bryan Green; brothers, Raymond Blankenship and Roy “Hinkle” Blankenship; sisters, Rachael (Keith) Stephens and Shirley Welker; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
As per her wishes, there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV.
