Linda Kay Brewster, 67, of Logan, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 29, 2025, leaving from VITAS Hospice at Columbus, OH.
She was born February 3, 1958, at Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Hobert Stacy and Loretta Clay Stacy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Billy Gene Stacy, Bobby Lee Stacy, and Charles Franklin Stacy; one sister, Marie Elizabeth Mayhorn; and her parents-in-law, Woodrow and Ruby Brewster.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a devoted Christian and member of Mud Fork Community Church, and she also attended Monahill Freewill Baptist Church. She loved reading the Bible, going to church, listening to gospel music, and praying for the sick. Linda had a giving heart, and she loved helping others and also donated much of her time to helping the Salvation Army. She will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Daniel Brewster; her children, Woodrow Brewster, Bobby Lee Brewster, Danny Brewster, Jr., and Linda (Claude) May; two grandchildren, Amy (Shawn) Sansom and Mikey Keck; one great-grandson, Brooks Michael Sansom; one sister, Madge (Danny) Hall; and two brothers, Millard “Bucky” Stacy and Jimmy (Rose) Stacy. Additionally, Linda leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Friday, April 11, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV with Terry Lovell and Jedidiah Jackson, officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, April 11, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV.
