Kathy Lynn Kinser Dehart, 57, of Holden, WV, departed this life on Friday, May 20, 2022, from her residence.
Born June 6, 1964, at Logan, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Kinser, Jr., and Molly Bryant Kinser.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death two sisters, Joan Thompson and Mary Kinser; two brothers, Bobby Kinser and Glen Kinser; and one sister-in-law, Sue Kinser.
Kathy was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Jarred (Nicole) Kinser of Holden, WV, and Richard (Terina) Kinser of Chapmanville, WV; two grandchildren, Bobby Kinser of Holden, WV, and Caroline Fletcher of Paintsville, KY; six sisters, Barb (Homer) Conley of Chapmanville, WV, Diana (Willie) Robinson and Donna Thompson and her companion, Darrell Freeman all of Harts, WV, Joyce Knipp and Linda Hensley both Logan, WV, and Karen (Ralph) Adams of Chapmanville, WV; four brothers, George (Paula) Kinser of Jacksonville, FL, Randall (Christy) Kinser of Chapmanville, WV, Dale (Kathy) Kinser of Wayne, WV, and Greg Kinser of Pensacola, FL; a special nephew, whom she loved like a son, John (Bonnie) Kinser of Omar, WV; her former husband, Michael “Mike” Dehart of Omar, WV. Additionally, Kathy leaves behind countless nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel at Chapmanville, WV, with Rev. Jimmy Carter officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bryant Cemetery at Chapmanville, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.
