Jimmy Stollings

Jimmy Stollings, 86, of Garrett Fork, WV, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, at Boone Memorial Hospital at Madison, WV.  He was born on January 21, 1936, at Garrett Fork, WV, the son of the late Millard Stollings and Mamie May.

Jimmy was a 1954 Graduate of Logan High School, a retired coal miner, and member of the U.M.W.A.  He attended Victory Freewill Baptist Church at Mill Creek, WV.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant daughter, Madena Stollings; sisters, Rosalie Childers and Gay Scaggs; and brother, Mickey Stollings.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rosalie Kingery Stollings; daughter, Cindy (Danny) Ellis of Garrett Fork, WV; son, James E. Stollings of Garrett Fork, WV; grandsons, Todd (Nicole) Ellis and Dru (Brandy) Ellis; great-granddaughters, KalLee Ellis and Paisley Ellis; and a host of family and friends.

At the request of Jimmy, all services will be private.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to CAMC General Division, CAMC Memorial Division, and Boone Memorial Hospital for all the care provided to Jimmy.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions can be made to a church or charity of your choice.
