Janice Lou Booth

Janice Lou Booth, 78, of Omar, WV, departed this life on Friday, April 15, 2022, from the Logan Center at Logan, WV.

Born July 8, 1943, at Logan County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Gus and Ernestine Bias Zevenis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Booth; one granddaughter, Crystal Jenkins; and one brother, Davey Zevenis.

Janice was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching television, writing, and walking. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Tina (James) Jenkins of Omar, WV; one son, Raymond (Tammy) Booth of Chapmanville, WV; one grandson, Andrew (Mandy) Booth of Mt. Gay, WV; one granddaughter, Deanna (Jeff) Pauley of Chapmanville, WV; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Mills of Sunbeam, WV. Additionally, she leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

To honor Janice’s wishes, her remains will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
