Gregory Edward Castle, 76, of Omar, West Virginia, passed away on December 4, 2025.

He was born on April 7, 1949.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Castle and Mary Lou Castle, his sister, Arinda Cook, and his brother, Okey Castle.

Greg was an avid beekeeper and a committed contributor to the Shriners, serving as past treasurer and trustee at the Logan Shrine Club. He was also a proud 41-year member of the Aracoma #99 Lodge A.F. & A.M, having served as past treasurer. Additionally, Greg was a Royal Arch Mason in the York Rite, a commandery of Knights Templar, and served as past high priest and past treasurer. He was also a supporter of Chief Logan DeMolay. Greg was a friend to many and loved his family and grandkids deeply.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Stapleton, her husband Jeremy, and grandchildren, Reagan, Owen, and Harper Stapleton; his son, Josh Castle, his wife Candace, and grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, and Tucker Castle. He is also survived by his sister and her husband, Tara and Randy Edwards, and his brother, Kevin Castle and his wife Christine, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated, and no formal services are requested.

He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
