Ezra Jennings Deskins gained his heavenly wings surrounded by his Mommy, Daddy, and Mimi.

He was born and departed this life on July 10, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. He was 10 ½ inches long and weighed 1 lb., 0.4 oz. He had the tiniest little nose and mouth with dark skin, and he was starting to develop black hair. He was beginning to look like his daddy with his paw’s ears.

The littlest feet make the biggest footprints on our hearts. Although he was not longed for this earth, he was cherished by so many.

Ezra was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ivan and Delma Trogdon, Terry Brown, Kenneth and Mary Ann Deskins, and Norma and Lon Ooten; great-uncles, Ivan Jennings Trogdon, Jr., Phillip “Bob” Cook, Kenneth Ray Deskins, Lawrence Wade Nelson, and James Meade.

Those left to cherish Ezra’s memory are his loving parents, TJ and Ashley Deskins; two sisters, Emma Rose and Emmy Rayne Deskins; grandparents, Charles and Trish Trogdon; great-grandmother, Pat Brown; aunts and uncles, Jacob and Emilee Trogdon, Nickolas Trogdon, Sarah and Derek Pennington and their children (Holly, Becka, Lilly), and JR Runyon and family; great-aunts and great-uncles, Kim and Gary Acord, Janice and Fredie Lowe, and Joyce Cook; special friends and family, Aubrey and Dianna Runyon, Will Alderman and family, Rachel Lester, Jody Harless and family, Tiffany Caserta, Philip Galapon, Chris Tipton, and Art Meade; and his puppies, Loki, Lulu, and Frisky.
