Dreama Gore Stratton

Dreama Raye Gore Stratton, 70, of Stollings, WV, departed this life on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, from Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, WV.

Born June 29, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Bobby Ray and Juanita Morrison Gore.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Christopher Stratton; one granddaughter, Zoe Faith Conley; a special uncle, Grover Morrison; one brother, Avery Leon Gore; and one sister, Freda Brooks.

Dreama was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved painting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Candace (Todd) Goodman; three grandchildren: Kristen (Floyd) Hall, Lane Michael Goodman, and Gunner Goodman; two great-grandchildren: Cadance Stratton-Hall and Joseph Hall; one brother, Bobby Ray Gore, Jr.; one sister, Anna Varney; one special friend, Ronald Hawkins. Dreama also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Chapmanville, WV, with Doug Isaacs and Darrell Isaacs officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
