David Jacobs Obituary

David Clay Jacobs, 50, of Logan, WV, was born October 3, 1971, at Elyria, OH, the son of the late Vernon Leroy and Audrey Jean Meadows Jacobs. He departed this life on Saturday, April 9, 2022, from Genesis Healthcare at Logan, WV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Jacobs.

David enjoyed the outdoors, smoking, drinking coffee, collecting hats, and shopping.

To honor David's wishes, he remains have been cremated, and there will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Chapmanville, WV.
