Born March 2nd, 1981, and raised in Chapmanville, WV, where he grew up to attend Chapmanville High School, where he embraced the spirit of the Chapmanville Tigers. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend whose kindness and generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. Charles was also a proud uncle, leaving behind his loved nieces and nephews: Alicea, Ethan and Kelcie Boggess, Scarlett Salyers, and Westin Adkins.
