Bonnie Joyce Adams, 73, of Whitman, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, leaving from her earthly residence, surrounded by family.

She was born February 12, 1951, at Johnstown, PA, to the late Priscilla Biggs.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Miller.

Bonnie was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She was a devout Christian and a member of the Original Glorious Church of God in Christ at Taplin where she loved her church family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Rhonda (Ernie) Shaw, Melissa Shaw, Sandra Adams, Jasmine (Cody) Adams, Michael Adams, and Matthew Adams; her grandchildren, Deidra Adams, Devin (Michelle) Murphy, Leslie McCoy, Asa (Sarah) McCoy, Amanda Farley, P.D. Farley, Mikayla (Troy Brickey) Adams, Elijah Adams, Tasha Workman, Jessica (Willie) Morris-Herowite, and Star (Travis) Prevedel; her great-grandchildren, Myah Turner, Damoni Turner, Mateo Murphy-Rosas, Royaltyi Brickey, India Brickey, Oakley Paige Bryant, Mason Miller, Aralynn Miller, Hudson Miller, Freya Prevedel, and Haven Prevedel; her siblings, John (Carole) Biggs, Manda (James) Crawford, Thelma (Charles) Fisher, Grace (Melvin) Fisher, and Blain Biggs; special family members, Peyton Porter, Laveya Porter, and Kendrix Bryant. Additionally, Bonnie leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Original Glorious Church of God in Christ at Taplin, WV, with Pastor Leroy Shaw officiating.
