Obituary
Beldora Workman Burgess, 84, of Logan, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, from the Logan Center at Logan, WV.
Born April 14, 1938, at Logan County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ballard Stollings and Mollie Workman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Burgess; one daughter, Diane McQuiston; and one sister, Georgia Stollings.
Beldora was a deli clerk at Workman’s IGA for many years. In her spare time, she loved spending time with her family.
Beldora is survived by four children, Chuck (Jessie) Conley of Chapmanville, WV, Ray (Debbie) Ghent of Arkansas, John (Paula) Ghent of Chapmanville, WV, and Kathy Hale of Arkansas; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Gene Stollings of Chapmanville, WV, Jerry Stollings of Ohio, Sue Stollings of Baltimore, MD, and Tiny Stollings of Ohio. Additionally, Beldora leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
To honor Beldora’s wishes, her remains will be cremated, and there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Chapmanville, WV.
