Anita Gayle Semrau, 78, of Chapmanville, WV, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Logan Regional Medical Center at Logan, WV.

She was born January 2, 1947, in Logan County, WV, a daughter of the late Andrew and Lakie Gore Dingess.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her siblings, Janet McComas, Larry Dingess, and Linda Johnson; and son-in-law, Harry Clendenen, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Randall R. Semrau; children, Eric (Kim) Semrau and Ronda Clendenen; granddaughters, Sydney Semrau and Katelyn Clendenen; sisters, Judith (Gene) Peyton and LaDonna "Alice" Lowe who will never forget the love she brought to

their lives. Additionally, Anita leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

To honor Anita’s wishes, her remains will be cremated, and there will be no services.
